Refund policy
Cancellations:
As per our Shipping Policy, we dispatch all standard order within 2-3 Business days. If you wish to cancel the order before the dispatch, you can reach out to Fonzie Folksy customer care at hello@fonziefolksy.com. The working days and timings are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
After cancellation of your order, the payment will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
In case we receive your request for cancellation after the order is dispatched,
Returns:
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final and the product once sold is non-refundable and non-replaceable. Returns and replacements shall be considered only in cases where incorrect product is shipped, product is missing and/or damaged inside the package. The customer will write to us at our customer care at hello@fonziefolksy.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. A proper unboxing video would be required from the customer showcasing the whole unboxing process, starting from sealed package to finding incorrectly shipped/missing and/or damaged item. The video will be reviewed by our operations team and their decision will be final and binding.
The customer is also advised to ensure that at the time of receipt of package from the logistics partner, they should ensure that the package seal is not tampered with. In case the package seal is tampered with, the customer should not accept the package from the logistics partner.
In the following situations/conditions we will not accept the returns: product is used or altered; product/packaging appears damaged due to mishandling; product is without the original packaging including the labels and other accessories (if any); or if the original packaging is damaged.
Our return policy will not cover damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application.
Refunds against your returns will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

Refunds:
Refunds are initiated after approval of Cancellation/Return process. Post approval, the refunds are initiated from our office within 3-4 business days and are forwarded to the third-party payment gateway services. The third-party payment gateways may take 7-15 business days to complete the refund process and for your bank account/credit card to reflect the same. Refunds will be made to the same bank account/credit card from which the payment was received.
