Shipping policy

All standard orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. The general delivery time is 4-5 days for Metro cities and 7-10 days for Non-Metro cities. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the logistics partner and we have no control over. This time frame will vary in case of public holidays or any unavoidable circumstances.

We provide shipping across India and offer a free delivery. All deliveries are scheduled with leading logistics providers. Once the delivery partner dispatches your order, you will receive the tracking number and notification.

We generally partner with Blue Dart/Delhivery/DTDC logistics wherever possible, or we use other reputable courier service providers available in your region.

If you wish to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order is shipped and handed over to the logistics partner, we would not be able to update the shipping address.

In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the product when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order from our end in our sole discretion. The refund amount post cancellation will be calculated after deducting the delivery and shipping charges borne by us.

Our logistics partners do not require you to share OTP or credentials for address confirmation for the delivery. It maybe only be required after you have received the package. Please do not share OTP or credentials unless you have received the package.

Packing of all the orders is done under strict supervision, ensuring the safety of the product during transit. All packages are properly sealed to ensure there is no tampering. However, due to the nature of the product, if you receive a damaged product, please see our Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy.

If the package seal is tampered with, please do not accept the delivery of the package. Fonzie Folksy will not be responsible for product quality in such cases.

Incase, you do not receive the product within 15 business days, please let us know so that we may follow up with the logistics partner and initiate a refund for you.
